6. What are the target locations for ice cream business outlet?
Location should have the presence of heavy foot traffic such as schools, malls, terminals, markets, churches, entertainment facilities, gymnasiums, and other public places.
7. What is the expected Return-of-Investment (ROI) for ice cream business?
Under normal circumstances, ROI can be achieved within 6 months to 1 year of operations. This, however, is entirely dependent on the strategic location of its outlet and actual hard work and effort being put in the business.
8. Do you provide location for ice cream outlets?
No, we do not provide locations. However, we have accredited sales agents who are willing to help you find one, subject to corresponding service fees.
9. How long will the hands-on training last?
Normally, we conduct the actual training half-day only. But if the client would like to request for technical assistance during the opening day, JUDEA can provide a training staff, subject to payment of actual travel and transportation expenses of our staff.

11. What happens if my machine breaks down and I lost business opportunities during the waiting time while I get my machine fixed?
If the machine is still under warranty, you can arrange for a back-up machine, available at our office, to be able to continue your business while we are restoring your machine. This, however, is on a "first-come-first-basis" availability of our spare machine.
12. What happens if my machine breaks down outside Metro Manila area?
JUDEA machines are simple and operator-friendly. Minor repair and maintenance or cleaning of machines can be done by a refrigeration technician in the locality. However, if a major problem occurs in the province, we suggest you bring the unit to our shop at Paranaque to fully diagnose the problem. If it is still under 6 months warranty period, JUDEA will fix the machine free of charge.
13. After the warranty period, what else JUDEA can provide to its clients?
It is the commitment of JUDEA to maintain a valued relationship to its clients. In order not to hamper the business operations of its clients, JUDEA will continuously make the technician, spare parts, and supplies available. Technical assistance may also be provided anytime, subject to availability of our staff.
14. Do you deliver the supplies to your clients?
Yes. We deliver supplies, free of charge within Metro Manila area only subject to minimum single receipt of order of pre-mix powder. For more information, click here.
15. Are the supplies (flavor mix, toppings, dips, fudge, etc.) for my machine readily available?
Yes. However, we suggest, to please make your reservations at least 5 working days before the date you want it to be picked-up or delivered.
16. Aside from its price, what is the difference between a premium, regular and ordinary pre-mix powder?
We have different suppliers of mix for Ordinary, Regular and Premium Premix powder, hence the price and taste differ from each other. We give the choice to our clients which type of mix they prefer to use in their business.
17. Do you provide hands-on training outside Metro Manila?
Yes, we can arrange special training outside Metro Manila area. However, the client should pay for the actual travel and transportation expenses to be incurred during the travel period. This includes food, hotel accommodation and overtime services, as the case may be.
18. What is the difference between "soft" and "hard" ice cream?
Basically, the "soft" and "hard" ice cream is the same. The only difference is that soft ice cream does not undergo the usual hardening process of the regular ice cream, hence the term "soft". Generally speaking, soft serve ice cream is creamier in taste, easier to make, easier to store, has more shelf life, and is more affordable in price compared to regular hard ice cream. Hence, the revolution of soft serve ice cream becomes more popular in the world market today.
